Takedown procedure

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@veldtandvein.com with the following:

• Your contact details (name, address, telephone, email).
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on this Site.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will investigate and respond promptly. We may forward notices to the alleged infringer. Knowingly false claims may result in liability for damages.

Counter-notification

If material you posted has been removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@veldtandvein.com. Include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
